As a group we have decided to first complete the following group deliverables together, instead of assigning roles.
Group Deliverables:
- ISC diagram for the information system.
- Gantt Chart outlining the tasks to be completed and their schedule.
- Storyboard for one of the video presentations.
- Communication Plan outlining strategies, methods and frequency of communication your team will use throughout the project.
- Storyboard for the multimedia website *
* In terms of the multimedia website, we have decided it is appropriate to prepare a storyboard for the actual website, to assist us in planning out each page. Thus deciding which page will have text, images, audio, video, activities et cetera….
Also we will be using Google Docs to:
- Plan out the assignment- Share our ideas
- Post the above group deliverables
Thus being an effective source of communication between each group member.
